| Background: Robert was born in Paragould, Arkansas, on December 12, 1959.
Education: Robert graduated from Memphis State University receiving a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1984. In 1986 Robert was awarded a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University. Robert attended UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor in 2006.
